Ralphie Bayers stole the show at the 26th Annual Nova Scotia Arm Wrestling Championship. Ralphie won the right 200lb class; the left 190lb class; and then upset Mark MacPhail in the overall. Mark MacPhail was also a big winner on the day taking the right 200+lb class and the left 190+lb class.

Mark also won the Strong Hand Hold Champion with a time of 1.24.44. However he still trails Randy Bayers for the Yearly Title by almost 14 seconds.
