Monday Night Wars 9 - Angies' of BurnsideThe Line up for that night was as follows... Lightweight Right Hand: Trever Weatherbee vs. Tim Wrigley Lightweight Left Hand: Will Sarty vs. Artie MacMaster Lightweight Left Hand: Brian Coffill vs. Pete Campbell Heavyweight Right Hand: Shawn Ross vs. Shaun Deveau Heavyweight Left Hand: Shawn Ross vs. Shaun Deveau Trever was very dominant over Tim Wrigley and took all 6 matches. Trever has been working hard on a new technique and there's no doubt its working for him. 
Will and Artie hooked up left handed and Artie was able to take all 6 matches with little or no trouble. His intense side pressure was too much for the more technical but not quite as strong, Will Sarty. 
Brian Coffill and Pete Campbell went at it left handed. Pete is new to the sport but has a very athletic background. His technique is improving now and he was able to secure all 6 matched over Brian. Brian wasn't able to get Pete into his powerful hook although it was close a couple of times.  Shawn Ross also showed his raw power both left handed and right handed over Shaun Deveau. Shaun D put up a fight but in the end, he was no match for The Boss from the valley. There is, however, no doubt that Shaun will indeed become a contender in this division.  |
